[XCOD3]Download Resource Permission Plus is a XenForo add-on that enhances the Resource Manager's download permission system.
With this add-on, you can set restrictions on downloading resources based on user attributes such as the number of resources uploaded, number of likes received, number of messages posted, and age. Additionally, you can configure the add-on to require users to agree to certain terms before downloading a resource.

How to use ?
Setting Restriction
Resources > Resources Category > Select Category (Find [XCOD3] Restrict to Download resources )
Bypass Restriction
For Example Administrative
Open Groups & permissions > User Group Permision > Administrative ( Find Resources Permission )
