Admin submitted a new resource:

AndyB - Keyword check conversations - Notifies staff when a conversation contains certain keywords.

Notifies staff when a conversation contains certain keywords.

The add-on can send an email to a staff member and or create a new thread alerting staff members of keywords in a conversation message.
