AndyB - Report watch manager - Manages watch state of Send reports into forum.

Manages watch state of Send reports into forum.

This add-on is useful on very busy forums to allow staff to automatically watch their own reports. This allows the staff member to not have to watch the reports forum, but only reports they have created.
