[OzzModz] XFRM: Attachment Icon - Allows to use one of the uploaded attachments as a resource icon

Allows to use one of the uploaded attachments as a resource icon
Features:

• Option to choose one of the uploaded attachments as a resource icon instead of uploading an additional file as "custom icon"
• Permission to set attachment as icons
• Hiding the used attachment icon from the attachments list in public view
• No extra storage space wasted (use direct attachment link)
• Dynamic updating the list of attachments select box when uploading new ones (AJAX)
